SHIPPING INFORMATION

What shipping methods are available? How much does it cost?

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipments. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product type as some products are packaged differently, and require to be shipped separately. These products may have different delivery times. Our shipping prices are flat rate and cumulative. For example, if the shipping for a shirt is $5.00, then an additional shirt would be $0.75. If you are to add a tote bag to this order, it would be another $0.75. If you choose another product, like a mug, it will require different packaging to ensure it will not break. This, and the added weight will mean the shipping cost for a mug will be added, $6.95. To qualify for free shipping, your order would need to reach the correct price point (before tax). Shipping will automatically be deducted in the shipping options provided at check out. Please note only international orders qualify for the free shipping promotion.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Note, delivery times are not guaranteed and vary. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and shipping. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order is ready to ship. If you live in a rural area or remote island or on top of a mountain, contact us first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.

How long will it take to get my package? Can I track it?

Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and shipping. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order is ready to ship.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. ANTIMTTR cannot ensure an address change after this point. However, please e-mail us right away at contact@antimttr.co, (within a 24 hour period) with the updated address. We will do our best to make this change. If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will reach out to the customer about reshipment

Tracking says my order was delivered, but I didn’t get it. Now what?

ANTIMTTR cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.

My order was returned to sender. What do I do?

If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept any major credit card as well as PayPal. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties. We are currently working on adding the option for you to pay with Affirm so that you can pay off your purchase with 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. If you’d like to follow our progress, please make sure you sign up for our newsletter.

Is buying online safe?

Absolutely! We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Can I pay with another currency?

All our prices are in US dollars (USD $) but you can pay in any currency. PayPal (if available in your country) or your bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. You will need to check with your preferred payment method for exact exchange rates, as these change.

Do you charge sales tax?

Taxes are automatically determined by your shipping address – and may be added depending on your state/city.

When will a certain design be restocked or brought back?

The best way to keep track of new and returning products is via our email newsletter. Alternatively, you can keep up on restocking by following us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

Will you ever reprint a limited edition item?

Nope. Our limited edition items are — surprise! — a one time only, limited item. They are only available for purchase during the promotion period.

I have a question about sizing. How does a certain product fit?

Please refer to the size chart on the product page.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What do I do?

You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. Otherwise, you may have input your e-mail address incorrectly. You will need to contact us with the corrected e-mail. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation e-mail you also will not receive the e-mail with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

The best way to get in touch with us is by e-mail: contact@antimttr.co. E-mails are responded to Mon-Fri during normal business hours. You can also call us toll free in the US at 1-855-338-9992 (11AM- 7PM EST, Mon-Fri.). Our Facebook and Twitter accounts are not constantly monitored by customer service staff, though sending a direct message via social media will get through to us — it just might take a little longer for you to get a response.

How can I return or exchange my order?

For step by step instructions, please refer to our exchange/return form at this link. Our policies should also be listed on the reverse of the packing slip that came with your order. Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and with the tag still intact, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for other items sold at ANTIMTTR within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges will need to have the return form on the back of the packing slip filled out and included with your returned item- NO EXCEPTIONS.  Return postage can only be paid by ANTIMTTR on returns or exchanges which are the result of ANTIMTTR’s improper completion of the order. ANTIMTTR reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet these requirements.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Simply select the size on each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When done, click on your shopping cart or go direct to the checkout. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details. It’s that simple.

How do I change my order once it’s placed?

We cannot edit an order once it has been placed. You will need to go through the exchange process, or place a new order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. You can easily check out as a guest, though registering an account does provide some benefits such as having easy access to your order history.
